Shipping
The cost of shipping within the borders of South Africa is determined as follows:
a) if the value of the goods in the order is more than R500.00 after promotional vouchers and special discounts have been deducted, the items weigh less than 10Kg and is shipped to a physical address, there is no shipping charge. For orders shipped to postal boxes or heavier than 10Kg, the rules set out in (c) and (d) apply
b) if the value of the goods in the order is less than R500,00 and the items weigh less than 10Kg and is shipped to a physical address, the cost is R29. For orders shipped to postal boxes or heavier than 10Kg, the rules set out in (c) and (d) apply
c) if the order is shipped to a postal box or the order weighs more than 10Kg but less that 19.9Kg, the shipping charge is R65,00 per order.
d) if the order is shipped to a postal box or the order weighs is more than 20Kg the shipping charge is R67,50 plus R0,5025 per kilogram over 20Kg.The amount due is calculated manually when the after the order is created. Note that the South African Post Office only accepts parcels with a maximum weight of 30Kg.
International deliveries. The cost of delivery outside the borders of South Africa is calculated after the order has been placed
Value added tax at the rate of 14% is charged on goods bought by South African residents.
VAT is not payable on orders if both the billing and the shipping address are international.
Import duties may be payable by recipients of goods in foreign countries. Radio Control Gear does not know what levies may be payable and cannot calculate or estimate such costs.

Credit Card Payments – Netcash secure credit card gateway
Bank Deposit Payments – payments must be for the exact order amount, with the Order number as a reference. Cheques and EFT payments are subject to a clearing period, any unpaid orders are cancelled after 7 days

Returns and Refunds

Refunds will carry a 10% restocking fee and postage to Cape Town is for the Senders account.
Refunds will only be given if the product is in a resalable condition and original packaging.
Warranty
All products have a 1 month warranty against manufactures defects unless otherwise stated.
